Governance
FSNT is governed by the board of trustees which occupy the following portfolios; Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and four board members. Making use of various skills that the board members possess, the board run four committees namely human resource, legal, finance and administration, media, advocacy and membership to strengthen the governing systems and safe the vision of the organization.

Movement Building Advocacy (Advocacy Teams)
The organization believes in the ownership of members who are female students in the education sector and subscribe to the Network through the payment of a subscription fee. These members are put in a data base and they renew their membership annually. Within the membership there are advocacy teams comprising of 8 members involving Coordinator, Chairperson, Vice chairperson, secretary, treasurer and board members who run for two years before another election to select new leadership is initiated. FSNT leverage on orientations of first year students as a membership drive tool and movement building strategy.
