On the 19^th of February FSNT hosted a Transformative Feminist Leadership Training at Cresta Oasis Hotel. The niche of the training was to make the young female leaders realize their potential in taking up leadership positions in SRC and Nationally. The program focued on leadership and self Awareness emphasizing that a good leader should know her strengths and her weaknesses. Through picture images of animals and their personalities the students did a self- reflection.
