Female Students Network (FSNT) is the major organization in Zimbabwe which partnered with the U.S Embassy since 2014 to date in the selection of viable and proficient student leaders who would participate in the Study of US Institute (SUSI) exchange program.

The program is designed and funded by the Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and executed by Foundation of International Understanding through Students (FIUTS) which is stationed at Washington University, Seattle. USA. As such every year, four to five student leaders from five Southern African Countries fly to the United States of America for five (5) weeks intensive training on Civic Engagement and will be awarded with certificates at the end.
